Dear fellow polymath,
I was planning YouTube, courses, and project work in three different tools. Every launch meant copying dates, fixing broken links, and hoping nothing slipped through.

Notion Calendar shows a Notion database's dates and lets you edit them — one record at a time, so when a project's video slips, its reel and its newsletter stay where they were until you move each one. You move to Free unless you upgrade. Free keeps two projects and unlimited tasks on the device you're using. Nothing is deleted — projects beyond the limit go read-only and unlock again the moment you subscribe.
